
IMO soup is one of the best low calorie high volume meals. I love adding vegetables like broccoli or carrots and sometimes use chicken broth for even higher protein.
- ~4oz chicken breast
- 1/2 onion
- ginger
- green onion
- garlic power
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- broccoli (optional)
Directions
– Exfoliate chicken with salt and rinse off (not required)
– Add water, soy sauce, chicken, salt, onion & green onion to a pot and bring to a boil
– Lower the heat then let simmer
