
So good ! Looks like a mess but those are my favorite meals. It's so much food, I have to use my popcorn bowl.
We slowcooked four chicken breasts with a cup of cottage cheese and a bottle franks buffalo sauce, shredded it.
5oz of chicken mixture – 130 cals
Half a cup of rice – 103 cals
On a bed of uncooked veggies – cabbage, carrots, Mushrooms, peppers (basically whatever veggies) makes up the rest of your calories.
Highly recommend ! I also use those silicone containers where I split up the chicken and rice into pre measured sections so I don't have to measure every time !
