Doesn't feel like it belongs with all the amazing stuff y'all post. First try at this.
London Broil marinated for 8 hours with fresh garlic, thyme salt & worcestershire sauce. Brought to room temp, seasoned with seasoned salt & pepper then seared in a cast iron on all sides. Finished in the oven at 425 for about 15 mins then rested for 10. (Probably could have used another 2-3 mins of cooking).
Topped with Cowboy Butter: 1/2 Stick Butter, 1 TBSP Dijon Mustard, 1 TBSP fresh chopped chives, 1 TBSP fresh chopped parsley, 2 TSP fresh chopped thyme, 2 TSP minced garlic (about 2 cloves or so), 1 TSP fresh squeezed lemon juice, 1/2 TSP Paprika, a dash of cracked salt & pepper, 1/4 TSP Cayenne & 1/4 TSP crushed red pepper flakes. Refrigerated for a few hours and melted on top when I stuck the steak in the oven.
