Saute pork with minced garlic, when fragrant, add well fermented kimchi, gochugaru, soy sauce, dashi (I used a Japanese anchovy granule), and water. Bring back to a simmer. Adjust seasonings and add soft or silken tofu. Serve.
Optional to thicken a little with starch or flour. Eggs are also great addition.
I’d add chives but that chive guy chopped them all.
