Burger night! Tonight’s special were fried onion burgers with home ground chuck, sirloin, and brisket smash patties, a pile of shaved sweet onions, American cheese, homemade pickles, and my Cuban Frita (basically a BBQ sauce) and maple mustard sauces, on a buttered and griddled homemade bun.
