My favorite dish! This time I added in zucchini and Korean samgyeopsal pork and it was delicious! I usually like my curry a lil sweet, hence the apple sauce and honey 🙂 Perfect and filling meal on a cold, rainy day. That recipe is so I don’t forget but I figured you guys might wanna see!

  1. Honestly you should make your own roux. It’s really not that hard, and you can make it more to your preference.

    It’s odd to me that this is the third Japanese style curry I’ve seen on here in a row where it doesn’t call for either mirin or rice wine vinegar in the recipe, as well as not calling for dark soy sauce. I almost always use mirin unless I’m cooking for someone who can’t have alcohol, and I always use dark soy sauce. Looks good, though. If you like it sweeter you should try it with sweet potato.
