




Decided to share a rather unimpressive day of eating for me. Waking up early I find myself always craving food and this is what I reached for today really quickly before heading out.. Curiously I didn't have much of an appetite the rest of the day, which is untypical for me, but it's definitely welcome
Morning snack: Ricecake sandwich with PB and Blueberry honey (132k), Half of raw bar (134k)
Lunch: Veggie soup (100~k), Cheese toast + tomatoes (260k)
Dinner: …I know the picture is a bit nebulous, but this is, in fact, a "ratatouille" style dish with 2 eggs and some feta cheese (459k)
Snack: One mango (162k)
Total calories: 1256
Carbs: 169, Protein: 46, Fat: 47
and 30g of fiber!
(I know the macros aren't the best, But I'm having a bit of a rough patch lol)
