Saw these on an instagram reel awhile ago and finally got around to making them. Used pork cut for shabu shabu from Lotte Mart, which is also where I got the enoki mushrooms. The original recipe called for beef and was from Jamie’s Eats.
Sauce is soy sauce, honey, garlic powder, water… cook 1/2 thinly sliced onion until slight brown. Place the rolls over top, add the sauce, and cook for about 5 minutes with lid on. Pour over beaten egg and cook for another 3-5 minutes with lid on. Serve over rice.
