

Hi, I’m confused by the calories/kilojoule count on a packet of noodles. Please help me understand if it is incorrect or I am missing something.
I’ve attached photos of two noodle packets from different brands. The blue one has a quarter of the kilojoules compared to the grey one. This seems impossible, the only difference is the blue does not have eggs. Still the blue one has 20g of carbs per 100g and 4g of protein per 100g. Where’s the rest of the weight coming from? Doesn’t make sense to be water.
