
This is so hard. I know 1200 is low, but it's my limit, and I'm sticking to it strictly, even though many people around me doubt how hard it is. I push myself to walk or work out every day, but afterwards, I feel completely wiped out and can barely function.
I'm sure it's an electrolyte deficiency, but the problem is that most popular recovery drink options eat up 30–50 calories, and that is just too much for my budget! I need those precious calories to go toward food, not a drink.
Please share: what are your best, zero-calorie hacks for replenishing sodium and potassium?
I really want to keep going, but this fatigue is absolutely killing me…
