Oven heated to 500 for 1 hour
Baked for 10 minutes on pizza steel
I make my own sauce sauce which is just canned San Marzano tomatoes with salt, sugar, dried basil, and oregano. The pizza is then topped with a layer of Pecorino Romano, low moisture mozzarella, red onions, Giardiniera, and Rosa Grande cup and char pepperoni
