Last night I made pan seared and butter basted filet mignon cooked with garlic cloves, shallots, thyme, and rosemary. Served with oven roasted vegetables, rustic mashed potatoes topped with scallions, and sliced avocado.

  1. Looks so good. My Partner is vegetarian and I have been dying to cook up my own steak for over 2 years now. I have been researching the best method in my kitchen to both get a good sear, get a perfect medium rare, while not setting off the smoke alarms late at night (work nights) in my small apartment. Also idk what is up but that Costco Lager is fire. Best tasting one in my book.
