Stuffed Chicken Roulade, Duck Roast Potatoes, Cauliflower and Horseradish Puree, Garlic Green Beans and Cabbage and Carrots. Wine Sauce.

Didn’t have a meat joint this weekend, but did have plenty of half priced chicken breasts, so this was the result. Also fancied cauliflower, but I’ve had both a cheese pie and mac n cheese last few days, so cauliflower cheese was out.

Instead, my favourite cauliflower horseradish puree went beautifully with this! Potatoes were Kings, tossed in cornflour.
