• 150 g green pepper (remove only the stem)
• 70 g red onion (cut into small cubes)
• 246 g canned peeled tomatoes
• 115 g canned tuna in water
• 2 medium eggs
• 30 g Philadelphia light
• 2 ml olive oil (optional)
• Spices: oregano, parsley, garlic powder, onion powder

Instructions:
1. Peppers:
• Wash the peppers and remove the stems.
• Cook them in the airfryer for 15 min at 195 °C without oil.
• Set aside.
2. Onion:
• Dice the onion into small cubes.
• Cook in a pan with 2 ml olive oil for 2–3 minutes until translucent.
3. Tuna and spices:
• Add the tuna to the pan with the onions and cook for 3 minutes.
• Season with oregano, parsley, garlic powder, and onion powder.
4. Tomatoes:
• Add the peeled tomatoes.
• Cook until most of the water evaporates, forming a thick sauce.
5. Eggs:
• Make small wells in the mixture and carefully add the eggs.
• Cover the pan and cook until the eggs are done to your liking.
6. Stuff the peppers:
• Fill the airfried peppers with 30 g Philadelphia light.
