[Homemade] German Roulades with braised Red Cabbage and Knödel (Great Grandmas recipe from 1919)
First-timed some German food for my friends today, based on a recipe from 1919. Was pretty rustic, but I can only recommend trying to cook some of the old recipes yourself! 🙂
