These days when I make cookies, I’ll often make a double batch. I just roll it up into a sort of log in plastic wrap and toss it in the freezer. When you are craving cookies just remove it, portion into equally-sized slices, and bake.

    They look fabulous!

    This is probably the 4th recipe I’ve seen recently with brown butter. And I just keep wondering, does it really make a difference? The brown butter?
