


I made Khaman Dhokla, a savoury cake made from chickpea flour mixed with sugar, water, lemon juice, green chillies paste, baking soda and citric acid
Batter is steamed in trays for 13-15 mins
Cool down and cut into slices
After cooling down, it's topped with a tempering of mustard seeds and green chillies
Sprinkle some coconut and serve with chutney

Those are some serious dhokla trays! I’d probably eat half before even remembering to take a picture lol. The tadka distribution looks perfect though, not gonna lie.
