Ugly Cake! Looks like a butthole, tastes like a muffin, 150 calories and li’l bit of protein and fiber to boot

Found these at Grocery Outlet. They're light and fluffy and soft and delicately sweet. Springier than a muffin but not as dry as angel food cake. I'm gonna have one tomorrow with some blueberries to reallt get the Costco muffin effect.
