[Homemade] Quesabirria with Beef, Mushrooms, and Spinach
Made this last night for dinner. I would call it semi homemade. Started with Trader Joe's Birria but also added saute mushroom and spinach. Served with the consomme on the side along with onions, cilantro, and limes.
