
My personal favorite Thai stir fry to make at home. Dry stir fry with ground pork, homemade southern Thai red curry paste, makrut lime leaves, lemongrass, a fried Thai omelet, and some cold veggies (to offset the lethally spicy curry paste). Served over brown rice. Other than the curry paste, everything comes together quick and easy.
