Sous Vide Flank Steak with Garlic Butter – Tender, Juicy & Foolproof!

    I also made the garlic butter and the fries myself.
    The steak was cooked sous vide in the Thermomix.
    You can also use a sous vide stick or a pot in the oven.
    The latter can be a bit inaccurate in terms of temperature.

    **Ingredients:**

    * 2 steaks
    * Salt, pepper, toasted sesame oil

    **Preparation:**

    * Rub the steaks with toasted sesame oil and cook sous vide for 4 hours at 55°C
    * Sear the steaks in a pan as hot as possible
    * Season the steaks with salt and pepper
    * Eat the steaks
    * Start again from step one
