    For a pan about 18–20 cm (7–8 inches)

    🍰 **For the Cheesecake mixture:**

    ☆ A splash (about 2 tbsp) of milk (can be plant-based or orange juice instead)

    ☆ 1 cup (120 g) oat flour, whole wheat flour, or any you have (or almond flour for a Low-Carb & Gluten-Free option!)
