Meal 1: egg white omelette , pepper stuffed with cottage cheese, avocado and chili sauce. Cup of tea with milk.

Meal 2: tuna sushi bowl – white rice, cucumber, avocado, edamame , radish, caviar, 10g mayonnaise, sriracha and wasabi as the sauce (didn’t count the nori sheets)

Meal 3: yoghurt bowl with protein powder banana and bran flakes
