Don’t mind the steam in pic one it’s crazy cold where I am.
Anyhow here’s the recipe
Here’s the recipe I use:
1 tablespoon cold press avocado oil 1 red onion chopped 5 cloves minced garlic 2 large carrots cut into coins 2 stalks of celery chopped 4 15oz can navy beans rinsed and drained 4 cups beef broth (I use bullion cubes) 1 cup chick broth (bullion cube I use). 1 tablespoon of tomato paste 1 tablespoon Italian seasonings 1 teaspoon smoked paprika 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes 1/2 teaspoon ground pepper 1/2 teaspoon pink Himalayan salt 3 cups of chopped kale 2 tablespoons of fresh squeezed lemon
Bring the oil, onion, garlic, celery and carrots to a medium heat. Stir for 5 minutes to soften.
Add bullion cubes and the water they require ( 4-5 cups water total with 4 beef bullion and one chicken). Add seasonings. Add beans. Bring to a boil. Reduce to a simmer for 15 minutes.
Take two cups and run through food processor. Add back to the pot.
Add lemon and kale. Give a good stir and let the kale start to wilt about idk 3 minutes on low simmer.
