Rotisserie for maybe 3 hours til up to temp. Threw it in the oven on low, covered for another hour. Had some potatoes and broccoli rabe with it. Took about 5 seconds for me to throw it on roll from local bakery with some broccoli rabe, white American (didn’t have any provolone) and a longhot. Little too much char on the outside but was still pretty bitchin.
