    Is the goodles microwave mac good? I’ve had it in my pantry for a while but I’m scared to try it lol

    I’d probably nix the pasta for a slice of Ezekiel bread (No flour, high fiber) and make an open-faced egg salad sandwich made with the cottage cheese and egg. With the calories saved, you may even be able to add a small amount of mayo for extra flavor. I’d add some spices and hot sauce, but flavor to your liking.

    Maybe use the cheese sauce on some steamed broccoli/cauliflower?

    Keep the sausage but maybe make it look more appetizing by cutting it on a bias? You’ll probably end up eating it more slowly this way, plus the old adage ‘you eat with your eyes’ will probably leave you feeling more satisfied. Maybe you could add some sautéed onion or peppers, calories permitting.

  3. Needs a fiber/veg. I would definitely eat this. I would also definitely not show anyone a picture of it.

    I’d spruce up the plating but definitely. I love boxed Mac and cheese lol. I add peas and some tofu that I’ve fried up with some seasonings and it’s so good!

  5. 3 more sausages, a nice loaf of Italian bread, keep the egg, and more of that vanilla ice cream!
