I would say it’s a gross idea. But I had buttered popcorn ice cream at a fancy restaurant. It was fantastic.

My childhood ice cream spot back home in Puerto Rico makes corn ice cream, and it’s the most delicious thing, especially with a sprinkle of cinnamon on top!
