    2.5lb lean ground beef, 32oz beef broth (I used a low-sodium version), diced bell peppers, onion, celery, minced garlic, 2 cans Rotel, green beans, peas, carrots, and a small can of tomato paste. Seasoned to taste!

    Brown meat in a big pot.
    Dump peppers, onions, celery, and garlic into pot.
    Season to taste.
    Once meat is browned and Holy Trinity is translucent, strain, and add in all other ingredients.
    Bring to a boil, reduce temp, and let simmer for 20 minutes.
    Serve immediately. If you have cornbread I would highly recommend to have with it.
