[homemade] Eggs Benedict!

This was probably around a week ago, i made Eggs Benedict with Canadian bacon, some blanched spinach, and for the bread I used brioche slider buns.

On the side is a little potato and bacon mixed with some caramelized onion!

Everything garnished with poorly chopped chives. 😊
