

Hi everyone!
Just wanted to provide some treat inspiration for you all. I’ve been working on introducing “junk food” into my diet, since eating 100% clean while dieting is unhelpful when it comes to transitioning maintenance.
This dessert/snack isn’t super high volume (335 calories), so I bulked up the Oreos and Milka bar with an apple and a sweetened black coffee.
I honestly would like to make more homemade desserts, but am having trouble committing to a 12-serving recipe. Does anyone have any calorie-friendly (without being disgusting), recommendations?
