I’m so upset that I messed up the finished photo. It was a beautiful plate of this, topped with seasoned diced tomatoes, crispy jalapeños, and some herbs for color. It was beautiful, and delicious.
Also: Yes, I edited the photo. There was a stain on the stove between the burners. I tried to color over it and it messed up the edges of the pans a little. Sorry.
