
Breakfast: 2 boiled eggs , cottage cheese, avocado, chilli sauce, cucumber, tea with milk
Dinner: protein pasta with tuna and cream cheese
Dessert: cloud bread (made with egg white ), yoghurt mixed with protein powder and blueberries rolled up
Snack: a few home made fries that kids didn’t eat

I love the 9 fries lol, that is some authenticity. You can tell when people are actually doing it IRL, it’s never some fancy instagram thing with a thousand ingredients, it’s always random like ‘heres my 9 french fries’ or my ‘one and a half toasts’. lol
I did briefly have to double take that that wasn’t a plate of doge memes
