


Ok I had big hearty breakfast, (I don't normally eat a carb breakfast) so that filled me so for lunch I wasn't so hungry and had a smoothie but turns out I got way hungrier sooner than anticipated and needed my dinner at 3pm. I was bummed cuz I thought it's all 1,200 calories and will be hungry later, but I actually had 200 calories hiding in the snack section I hadn't eaten yet (they were milk calories for my coffee which I didn't have but planned to drink after purchasing) well I forgot to make coffee cuz I'm enjoying my other beverages (lemon with salt and water in the morning, Ashwaghanda tea after lunch and elderberry tea before bed) so I guess I'm not really missing the coffee atm and can have a snacky snack later instead.
