Made a kimchi chicken glass noodle salad (?) + egg & seaweed for my diet. Tasted ok. by AlexWolfsbane Dinner Tonight Tonight's Dinner
AlexWolfsbane on October 17, 2025 12:25 pm recipe seasonings: (season to taste is also ok) 1 tsp (5ml) sesame oil 2 tsp (10ml) soy sauce I’d recommend adding sesame seeds for texture and taste. (i didn’t have any so I didn’t put any) ingredients: 44g boiled glass noodles (up to you, can be changed according to how much you want) 28g of chopped/diced kimchi (I used Jongga) 50g of leftover baked chicken breast (cut or shredded, i think cut comes out better) Sides (Feel free to add anything you like, this recipe is just a base): 3 cherry tomatoes A side of seaweed -A soft-boiled egg. Instructions: -Boil glass noodles until right texture. -Mix in the other ingredients (add seasonings at end) -Once done boiling, add in glass noodles and mix. -You’re done.
