Currently on my Bharat Darshan — a solo backpacking trip across North and North East India 🇮🇳
Stopped by Kolkata and ended up at this old-school restaurant + sweet shop… and oh man, this masala dosa was HUGE. Literally stretched across the entire plate, crispy to perfection, and filled with just the right amount of spiced potato.
The sambar and coconut chutney were top-notch, and those soft idlis on the side were a total bonus. One of the best South Indian meals I’ve had so far on this journey.
