Maple syrup Bread with clarified pine butter brushed on, dotted in an autumn berry gastrique (autumn olive) topped in maple water agar agar pearls, late season wild strawberries, ciffonade of the strawberry leaves and strawberry flower on top cuz why not and it was there when I was foraging.

Maple comes from a tree near my backyard. Just getting inspired by hyper-local ingredients.
