Yakhnet Batata (Lebanese beef & potato stew) with rice – homemade and cozy as hell

I first had this dish while visiting Abu Dhabi and completely fell in love with it.
It’s a Lebanese-style beef and potato stew in tomato sauce, slow-cooked for hours until everything melts together.
Served it with buttery rice.
