


This baked dessert curbed my 3 AM chocolate cravings AND helped me get over my protein goal. OMG, loved it.
The best part? It needs no specialized ingredients or utensils, and is so easy to whip up.
I mixed the ingredients (107g egg whites, 5g cocoa powder, and 10g sweetener) + sprinkle of salt in a parchment-lined tin and baked at 350F for 20 min. After baking, I dusted the product with sweetener and cinnamon.
Might upscale this 10x in the future to have as a meal or as snack portions, ngl haha
