    Sliced bell pepper, sliced apple, cucumber (with salt and pepper), cheese stick, black olives, two boiled eggs (paprika, parsley, salt and pepper), and good thins! Not counting the actual calories due to the way it affect my mental health, but just trying to have more fruit/veg/protein and minimize processed foods and added sugars
