My favorite lunch / dinner seriously don’t know how this is so good it feels like cheating. Bed of arugula, cherry tomatoes, red pepper flakes drizzle balsamic vinegar put the impossible spicy chicken patty on top and top with a spoon of salsa. Thank me later.
