This is helping me so much to stay on track. It is a big, filling breakfast, and only 240 calories.
1 protein tortilla
1 egg (I whisk it, pour on a hot pan and sticj the tortilla on top and bake like that)
Iceberg lettuce (any green salad works)
A bit or sirracha mayo

Keeps me full untill lunch, you can wrap it and take it on the go, it’s just great! (
Ps. This is a large plate!
