    I took round steak, cut it somewhat, seasoned it, cooked it mediumish. Made white rice on the side. Used this sauce that said kung pao but it was made with the intention of being mongolian beef. Chopped scallions for cooking with garlic and ginger. Added a few scallions on top uncooked, and of course sesame seed.

    Sauce was runny, so using my brain, added some flour to it to thicken it up.
