    Shrimp is my go-to, stuff my face food. Grilled after soaking in garlic, onion, and Saison – dowse in lime toward the end and smash. I do about 14 at a time.

    I love when an awesome meal has so few calories. Some things can be surprising. Shrimp is definitely a good choice.

  4. I’ve been eating so much seafood since I started counting again. Shrimp, cod and those Gorton’s frozen battered fish fillets love it all.
