Nope that looks fantastic, I’d eat it. Lots of people grew up cooking meat a little more than they do nowadays. It’s just the way it was back then. Just a matter of taste really.

I usually take my steak medium rare, but that doesn’t look tough or dried out. Looks pretty good. I’m game for the steak until I try it and check it out.
