Ok so I don’t usually encourage breaking rules, but movie theater snacks are pretty calorie dense, and movie season is upon us, so here are some of my favorite low calorie snacks! I do the Orville smartpop mini bags, each bag has 6 cups of popcorn in it for 100 calories, so depending on how much popcorn you like to eat pack those bags, i usually just pack one, with some zero calorie butter seasoning and sea salt on top because they have essentially no flavor if you don’t season it yourself. I also buy a pack of the sugar free albanese gummy bears, it comes with 3 servings and each serving is 60 calories! with a can of diet coke or whatever sugar free soda you like the full meal is 280 calories and probably 25 dollars cheaper than the concession stand 🙂
