Finally tried one of the cottage cheese pizza crust recipes and it was soo good. Bonus pics of my cat begging for anchovies :3

1/4 cup Low fat cottage cheese – 80
1 Egg – 70
1/8 cup or 2 tbsp all purpose flour – 55
Low fat mozzarella cheese ~ 45
Turkey pepperoni ~ 45
Anchovies ~35

It’s pretty easy to make, just mix the cottage cheese, egg and flour with onion powder and garlic powder, pepper and oregano in a bowl. Spread it out in a pan. Bake for 350F for 25-30 mins

Add the cheese and pepperoni and whatever else you want then bake for another 10 mins!

I didn’t add pizza sauce cause I didn’t have any on hand and I don’t like it, but it would probably still be within 400 calories if it was in there!

A pretty good lunch or snack 🙂
