

Regular butter is 100 calories per 14g tablespoon. Olive oil is 124 calories per 14g tablespoon. Somehow they managed to make this only 80 calories per 14g tablespoon! The taste is so smooth and rich and buttery and it spreads incredibly easily. Excellent as a topping or as a substitute for cooking oil. Put it on protein waffles with allulose maple syrup and it tastes like pure nostalgia with better macros.
I know light butter is lower calorie but again, this is for those of us trying to reduce our canola oil intake 🙂 I feel good giving this ro my kids!
