pan fried (with very little oil) glass noodles (50g) with a tbsp of soy sauce, a bit of gochijang and garlic, vegan Schnitzel and one boiled egg. A hand full od strawberries for dessert 🙂

I was craving instant ramen, but I knew I would probably regret it so I made noodles instead and added the protein to make it more pcos friendly, keep me full longer, and prevent blood sugar spikes. Choosing the healthier version of whatever food I‘m craving has really helped me stay consistent.
