
Batter:
1/2 cup cottage cheese 0% fat
1/2 cup egg whites
1/2 cup oats (idk what kind i just get the lower calorie ones)
1/4 – 1-2 teaspoon of vanilla depending on sweetness preference
Toppings:
2 strawberries chopped/sliced
1/2 banana sliced
1/2 cup greek yogurt 0% fat
1tbsp sugar free syrup
Blend it all together, cook in a pan and top with toppings
If you want to cut calories but keep the protein count you can just not add the fruit on top
