First time posting! Thought I would share something pretty basic but one of my favorite meals currently. I know it’s not the prettiest but it helps keep me full for sooooooo long and helps me hit my protein goal while staying in my calorie range! It’s so easy to mix up the spices and flavoring to keep my palette excited, even in a deficit πŸ™‚

P.S I did have a side of zucchini and green beans for some veg, I just prefer not to mix my vegetable with other food due to sensory reasons. Also, diet root beer for life 🀞🏻🀎
